Heritage Contractors - Roofing Contractor in Chicago, IL

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Purchased a fixer upper house and needed multiple things done. Saw their lawn sign a few houses down as they were putting on a new roof. Called Heritage Contractors for a quote and they came out promptly and broke down the quote by the 3 items we needed replaced. Roof, Gutters, and Windows (two separate quotes for windows, because we could not decide if we were going to replace the windows on the north side of the house) and it was such a good price, we decided to get it all done at once. Charlie from Sales was such a pleasure to work with and very funny. There were multiple options, colors and materials and Charlie gave us so many suggestions and help that it was easy to choose colors and options to stay within our budget. The roof and gutters were done really quickly, even with all the delays due to the rainy weather. Windows needed to be ordered and should be done within 8 weeks. Each interaction we have with a different staff member is a pleasure. Really a great company to work with. Shout out to Danny who worked with us on our roof and gutters. Great people. Highly Recommend.

The team at Heritage was wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and very reasonably priced. They went out of their way to fit my roof repair in last minute between a series of storms to avoid further damage. I would highly recommend their work and will be using them for future projects.

My experience with Heritage was great and I highly recommend! Heritage Contractors were incredibly easy to work with. They are a family-owned business and (as cheesy as it may seem), I instantly felt a part of their family. From the quoting process through completion, the team kept me informed and updated. They replaced the siding on my garage and home and also did partial roof and facia repair. My house is over 100 years old--so it was bo small feat. The team was approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my thoughts and needs. Mary was a delight and Charlie and Danny ensured the job was done well and all "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Heritage did a great job. This is a family run company. My contact Dan was my sales contact and also the site supervisor/ ground man. I had bought the workers pizza for lunch the guys had cleaned up the dining room after they had eaten and threw out the trash in the alley. ( unexpected but nice). The roofers were chatting with each other throughout the job. My work site was a happy place and the roofers worked as a team. The workers have obviously been working together as a team. When heavy work needed to be done many hands showed up to complete the task. After the work was done Dan stuck around to run a magnetic broom throughout the site. Thanks Dan. My husband and I recently moved into our first home and were put in touch with Charlie at Heritage Contractors. It can be uncomfortable entering unfamiliar territory getting work done on your house as a first time homeowner. However, from the initial message to the completion of our garage roof, we were highly impressed. Charlie was able to come inspect our roof the same day we reached out to him. He gave us a transparent and highly competitive price for our project. We needed some time to get settled in but promised Charlie we would call him back when we were ready to start. A few months later, Charlie and I reconnected and he was able to review the pricing with me and help get our project scheduled within the next couple of weeks based on our combined schedules. He was able to put me in touch with a point of contact for day of work, Matt, who to my surprise was just as great as Charlie. He was respectful and periodically came back to the house throughout the project to ensure it was on track and met his standards. His team of contractors were hard workers and treated myself and my home with respect. They worked diligently through the day and even left my backyard looking better than when they got there! Our roof came out awesome and we are so happy our paths crossed with Charlie, Mary, John, Matt and their team. From top to bottom, this company was a pleasure to work with and we’d highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to get their job done right.
