When we realized we had a leak coming from our roof into our living room ceiling we called Best Case. Within a day Caleb and Elliott came out to assess our situation and confirmed hail damage. They helped us file a claim with our insurance company on the spot. Caleb personally worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure they had all the photos and details they needed to properly assess our damage and they ultimately approved us getting a new roof. In the process of getting the roofing work scheduled Caleb was available by phone call and text. He helped us make our shingle selection by dropping off sample tiles, sending pictures of other completed projects, and providing addresses of homes that had the roof colors we were most interested in so we could see them in person. He truly went above and beyond. He is the hard working, thoughtful, customer-centric professional you want working for you if you’re a business owner and with you if you’re a customer. Our new roof is gorgeous and we have peace of mind that it was done right. The crew that came out for the install were timely, hard working, thorough, and cleaned up like they had never been there! Great price and worked with out insurance to get everything straight. The work was completed in one day and great cleanup also. Luke Neyland was the lead over the project and all correspondance. I highly recommend reaching out to him for a roof inspection. Request him. Luke came back for a final inspection and looked around for any potential roof nails that could have been missed on the ground. Communicatio through the process was great and the roof looks great.
