About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Highland Roofing Group, LLC is consistently praised for its high-quality workmanship in roofing and painting, as well as its professional, communicative, and detail-oriented approach to projects. Customers frequently highlight the team’s punctuality, thorough cleanup, and persistent advocacy when dealing with insurance companies.
Highland did a great job on our roof. Diana was responsive and communicative through the entire process. The team arrived on time and cleaned up each day after themselves to ensure we did not have any nails or garbage around the house.
We just got our roof replaced by Highland Roofing and I am glad that we chose them. It was so easy to deal with them and Dianne was so helpful during the whole process. Special thanks to her for dealing with the insurance company and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to replace their roof.
Highland Roofing did an excellent job on my house. It looks beautiful. They were also really patient with me while I deliberated over colors and explained all the option when it came to painting my brick house. They were always timely, thoughtful, and willing. They were so lovely to work with and the price was great. I get so many compliments on my house!
Highland Roofing did some interior painting for me. I am very happy with work they did. The team was punctual, friendly, great with communication.
Highland did an amazing job on our roof. We've used them in the past to paint our home as well, and were very please with the attention to detail they showed on that project. They exhibited the same care when replacing our roof, making sure to remove the old paper, check for damaged boards, and communicated everything they found via pictures so there was complete transparency during the project. Diana and Jaime truly care about customer satisfaction and treat each project like they are working on a close friend's home. Highland Roofing is a class act from top to bottom.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
