About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Zoller Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, friendly, and responsive staff who provide clear communication throughout the entire repair or replacement process. Customers frequently highlight the company's high-quality workmanship, efficient project management, and reliable timeliness, often noting that the crews are neat and diligent about daily cleanup.
My father always said, “do it once and do it right.” In southwest Florida, a standing seam metal roof from Zoller Roofing is the only roof you should install. Because of the relentless sun, asphalt shingle roofs are only covered by insurance companies for 8-10 years. This roof will very likely last 50+ years. Watch the installation process! The way each individual section is cut, bent, and fitted is truly artwork by a team of professionals who take the time to do it right. No exposed screws to secure the roof properly. You will be impressed and completely at ease with your roof for decades! Thrilled and pleased customer Paul
We had a great experience with Zoller Roofing to repair our roof leak. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. Jacob was very knowledgeable in explaining the repair and had an estimate to us right away. Olivia was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive in order to get the team scheduled for our repair quickly. We would definitely use Zoller Roofing again!
I contacted Zoller Roofing for some roof tile repairs. They responded very fast and sent an estimator out to take a look. Jacob was friendly and professional and communicated to me every step. Once the estimate was finalized they scheduled the work and did a great job. Everyone I've dealt with from the office to the workers were great. I will definitely use Zoller in the future.
Count us among the top of Zoller's satisfied customers! It started with the bid when Nick came and in great detail laid out the exact process that would take place during our re-roof. Then when the time came, that's exactly what happened. There were no surprises or deviations. Zoller's crews from the demolition guys to the new tile guys couldn't have been better! They showed up on time every day and did what they were supposed to do. The project managers, Bill and Tyler, were communicative and helpful and always prompt to answer questions. We are so thrilled with our new roof and find ourselves outside looking at it a few times a day. The neighbors have noticed too and I'm always pleased to recommend: ZOLLER!
We recently needed to have some repairs done to our tile roof. Zoller Roofing was very efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Everyone we spoke to from the front office and beyond were all friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
