SRQ Building Services - Roofing Contractor in Sarasota, FL

Following a period of severe weather, we wanted to have our roof inspected because we noticed several tiles that appeared loose. SRQ Building Services inspected the roof and identified the areas that needed attention. They explained the condition clearly and recommended the appropriate repairs. The crew arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and took care around the landscaping and exterior of the house. We were kept informed during the work and appreciated the cleanup afterward. The experience was organized from beginning to end, and we were satisfied with how professionally the roofing repairs were handled.

We had a large flat roof replaced by SRQ Building Services. Raymond responded the next business day to my inquiry and even came out on a weekend to look at it and give us a quote. We'd already been doing some DIY repairs to it and they were fine leaving the good parts of that intact and working around it. They started work the following week. He estimated 3 weeks to complete but they worked the weekend and got it done in just over a week! Excellent work, timely, flexible and great communication throughout the project.

I can't say enough good things about Ray and SRQ builders. They have completed several projects now for me and friends/Customers, I've recommended them to. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are fully satisfied and complete jobs at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a price for your roof or other projects around the house, I would look no further.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Mr. Ray Zuniga and all of SRQ employees. We lost everything in Helena flood. My dad 2 days before then our House, possessions, cars, job and becoming my moms caregiver all at once. SRQ gave us our home back. Everything is perfection. The customer service the work, everything turned out better then I ever expected. This was my first time needing to hire a contractor and I'm the luckiest person in the world to hit the jackpot when I found his card. Now we can start to heal from all the tragedy we went through. I'd like to add, not only did Mr. Zuniga fix our entire home but he gave me my faith back that their are still good people that care. We had no other help from anyone at all not even family and Mr Zuniga made up for all of that. SRQ is absolutely part of our family now and I will NEVER call on any other contractor EVER! These words are not enough by far. Thank you Mr. Zuniga for being you and thank you to Juan and David and everyone else that gave us our home back. Mr. Zuniga is a man of his word and I completely trust him and his whole SRQ family. Sandra Bliss
