PF Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Pensacola, FL

After dealing with chimney leaks for 2 years and having multiple contractors attempt repairs, I am beyond grateful that I came across PF Roofing. Jason and his team were prompt, reliable, professional, and incredibly detailed throughout the entire process. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a roofing contractor. Jason was personable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. He provided detailed explanations, along with before-and-after pictures, which gave me so much confidence in the work being done. Unlike previous repairs, I truly believe they fixed the issue once and for all. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were phenomenal. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. I couldn’t recommend PF Roofing enough. If you ever need roofing or chimney repair, Jason is absolutely the guy to call!

Jason and his team were a joy to work with. He emphasized installing a roof that would meet or exceed local and state hurricane requirements. He offered several options with no sales pressure, for example replacing our chimney cap and vinyl as part of the job. His quote was accurate with the understanding that any hidden damage, for example replacing plywood underlayment, could increase costs. Jason was also very interested in the asthetics of the roof and ensuring it complemented our home. He and his team were able to reroof the house in a day and were prompt and professional.

PF Roofing installed two solar roof vents for me. They were very helpful in discussing my problems and making sure I had the right vents. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job on the install!

What a lovely and seamless experience with Jason at PF Roofing. The timing was serendipitously aligned. Text contact by me was initially made at 11am on a Wednesday. Jason requested me to email the buyer inspection pictures. Subsequent communication by phone, SMS text, WhatsApp and email was timely and fast. By 2pm the following day, minor single and roof vent repair work was complete. Jason texted pictures for the buyer's peace of mind. Two hours later, the reasonable invoice was paid in full. PF Roofing is everyone's dream company. They were such a pleasure to do business with. In fact, I'd love to clone Jason for other skilled trades I have to do business with. Superb experience, Jason, thank you kind sir.....is it a red Dodge Ram? The Universe spoke.
