About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Hulks Construction & Roofing is consistently praised for high-quality workmanship, fair pricing, and professional, reliable service across a variety of projects including roofing, gutters, and concrete work. Customers frequently highlight the team's responsiveness, quick turnaround times, and clear communication throughout the process.
Hulk Construction & Roofing did an amazing job! Fast, professional, and the roof looks perfect. Highly recommend! I found out after hes also has roll off dumpsters for future demolition jobs!
Hulk’s did an awesome job on my roof. He gave me a fair price and did the job quick. Great quality job
There is a good reason this company has 5 stars. I ended up needing gutters installed and rather quickly. My property manager had supposedly been working on getting quotes for a few days, but I still wasn't getting what I needed. I ended up Googling companies in the area and came across Hulk Construction. I called first thing in the morning, and thanks to the pictures we had on our listing, Waleed was able to get me a quote in minutes. I felt like it was fair and due to another job having to be moved thanks to weather, they were able to get to it extremely fast. I had a trusted friend check in on it because I am out of the area, and they were really impressed with the quality and work. As a female customer, I felt heard and respected throughout the process. I've never been happier to recommend a company!
I had a leak in the roof of my garage and Hulks quickly came out to inspect the leak and were able to repair it. They went above and beyond and I’ve had no issues with the area since the repair. Great communication, professional workers, and highly recommended!
This guy was amazing at helping me. I can’t praise him enough. He went way and beyond. He really cares about helping his customers.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
