Elite-Pro Roofing & Construction - Roofing Contractor in Pensacola, FL

I called on a Saturday morning for help with a leak. Josh was here by 9:45! Very professional, very personable, explained everything in detail, AND patched the leak. (That was the main thing we wanted done) Already have plans in place to do a complete fix of the area. I recommend this company to anyone!!!! Thank you so much!

Just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to James Maso and Elite-Pro Roofing. James answered all our questions thoroughly and expeditiously. He expertly handled all the necessary documentation, made sure my insurance company was well-informed, and even accompanied the adjuster during the inspection, ensuring that every detail was properly accounted for. Thanks to James’ dedication and knowledge, I received the maximum coverage I was entitled to, which made a significant difference in the overall cost of the project. Throughout the entire roofing project with Elite-Pro Roofing and Construction, I was impressed not only by James’ professionalism but also by the cleanliness and tidiness of the work crew. The crew maintained a clean and organized work area from start to finish. They took great care to protect my property and landscaping, and at the end of each day, they made sure to clean up thoroughly, leaving no debris or mess behind. This attention to cleanliness and respect for my property was truly commendable. From start to finish it was pin point perfection. I want to thank Wayne, and Trevor for their expertise with identifying the roof damage from a recent hail storm. Ms Harris for coordinating the process from insurance to color matching and pin point details. Ethan for keeping me informed on dates, any changes, start time, and the process of what happens from material drop off to final cleanup and most importantly being there on day 1. Ethan answered every question and offered expert roofing advice, there is much more to a roof than felt, nails and shingles. I had the privilege of meeting Josh the owner, thank you for your honesty, and your desire and commitment to help home owners throughout the panhandle area. Thank you and the entire Elite Pro Team for your unwavering faith in God who we give all the glory to for without God we are like a shingle without a nail blowing helpless in the wind with no direction. May the Lord bless each and everyone one of you and your families in your daily lives and your work. God Bless
