I don’t usually write reviews before a job is finished, but I absolutely had to give a shout-out to Chad and D from APEX Roofing! From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. They performed a very thorough roof inspection, took countless photos and videos, and documented the wind damage so we had the evidence needed for our insurance claim. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our claim was approved! Chad and D are the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve known them forever. They were knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions, and somehow even made talking about a damaged roof enjoyable! Our roof hasn’t been installed yet, so I can’t speak to the finished product just yet, but I can say this: if the quality of the roof is anything like the quality of the people representing APEX Roofing, I have a feeling we’re going to be very happy. Thank you, Chad and D, for going above and beyond. You made what could have been a stressful process so much easier, and we truly appreciate you!

Taylor Bishop was and continues to be extremely helpful during our new shingle roofing project. When we discovered that the fireplace chimney leaked, and temporary repairs were not getting the job done. She took the lead in getting a permanent repair put in-place. Coordinating with other APEX departments, she expediated the deployment of repair resources and personnel. She also researched specific chimney replacement pipes, toppers, flashing and storm collars for applicability to this repair project. This past Saturday, all the resources came together, and it appears that the leak has finally been rectified. Of course… time will tell. She has shown great concern in getting problems resolved.
