Massey Construction Group, Inc. - Roofing Contractor in Naples, FL

My wife and I enjoyed a most unusual and pleasing experience with the owner of our roofing contractor, Mark Massey, of Massey Construction Group. Massey Construction installed a new tile roof on our home to our satisfaction. We noticed though that there were numerous small rust stains on our lanai afterwards and a couple even in our pool. We contacted Mark about the problem. While the cause of all of the stains was not certain, Mark told us that he personally would remove all the stains. He located an appropriate stain remover and researched how to remove stains under water. He then personally removed all the stains on the lanai and got into the pool and removed stains from the bottom of the pool using the technique he had located by his research. He called us and shared the results and we were pleased. But he said he was not happy. Removing stains on the lanai left numerous areas where the paint was also removed or slightly altered in color with the removal of the stains. He then told us he would cover the cost on having the entire lanai repainted by professional painters in our color selection. But even before the painters came, Mark personally filled in numerous long cracks in our cement lanai so the painters paint job would be very uniform. And yes, the lanai now looks absolutely beautiful. It is our pleasure to say Mark went well beyond any of our expectations with respect to customer care and concern for making the roofing experience the best it could be. We would highly recommend Mark and Massey Construction for installing a roof on your house. Jim and Sue Locke

Massey Roofing Services is a top notch company. Jonathan and the entire crew came to our rescue post-hurricane damage. They were professional, treated us fairly, and always provided solutions even when a separate (non-roofing) issue came up. We highly recommend this company especially in these times when it can be challenging finding a a good contractor. They are much more than good. They are excellent, customer-focused, and very responsive. Jon is such a delight to know and very dependable. We rarely write online reviews but this company certainly merits it - we have to encourage companies that practice old-style professionalism and delivery of top notch service. You will get great value and be treated with respect.

We are very fortunate and grateful to have been highly recommended to Massey Construction for our roof replacement. From Josh, their manager, to Mark, the owner, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did they assist in getting the job fully approved by our insurance company, which had originally denied our claim, they most importantly did a fantastic job on replacing our roof in a very timely and professional manner. Happily, we have received innumerable favorable comments from our neighbors as to the final appearance of our new tile roof as well as to the work ethic, cleanliness, and organization of their employees. It is very obvious why Massey has been consistently been voted "The Best Roofing Company" in Southwest Florida.

Massey Construction demolished the interior of my condominium after Hurricane Milton destroyed it. We worked directly with AJ. He was very understanding and reasonable. I trusted him when he said his crew would take care of everything and clean up after. His words held true. The crew also worked very quickly. AJ followed up with me after the job was done to ensure I was satisfied. When we are ready to restore our home I intend on calling AJ.

The most reliable roofing company in SWFL. Mark (the owner) and Josh are so professional and hands on. They are just awesome to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or just a repair. They are fair and the work is amazing.
