Florida Roofing & Construction did a wonderful job and I love my new metal roof! Sean is incredibly easy to deal with and the crew is the same. The price was right and they made sure to protect my driveway and landscaping very well. It’s like they were never here! I love that he sent me pictures during each stage of the job as well! I did my homework, got 5 quotes, and I’m very happy with the company I picked! A+ and 5 star.

They did what they said they were going to do! Such a rarity out there today. Sean Stuart was our direct point of contact and was super professional. We had our 23 year old tile roof replaced with new Westlake tile in Stone Mountain Gray. Love the look and love knowing we have a quality roof with a great 10 year warranty. We also love that we were able to support a LOCAL company here in Marco Island! If you need a new roof definitely give Florida Roofing a call, you won't be disappointed! 👍🏼

Finally someone who fixed our leak. We had 2 maybe 3 different people come out, they said it was fixed and then…leaked again. Our handyman Chris recommended Sean and team and I am really glad he did. He came when he said he would. Gave us an honest opinion and fair quote and was nice about it. When done he explained it all too me, showed me pictures and a checklist of what he did. Highly recommend. Without being asked he even repainted some items on the roof he didn’t like. Great experience!

I contacted Florida Roofing & Construction late on a Thursday afternoon with a roof issue. Due to living out of state and this being a vacation home, it was important the issues get addressed as soon as possible to prevent any further damage as I was unsure how long the problem had been present. They responded to my inquiry immediately and were at my home the next morning replacing roof tiles. I could not be more happy with their services. They were professional, fast, and the most delightful people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs and will contact them for any needs I have in the future. Thank you so much for your quick service and outstanding customer service!

I have used Florida Roofing and Construction for both roof replacement after a hurricane in Marco Island, and then years later for repairs on my new home in Naples. They never disappoint! They are timely and thorough - never recommending work unless it needs to be done. With good conscience I have recommended them to several of my widow friends knowing Dana and his team would get the job done without unneeded services or expense. If you want a quality job at the best possible cost, call Florida Roofing and Construction. You won’t be disappointed!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
