He went above and beyond making sure the entire project went smoothly, from picking out tile to advice on navigating the insurance process. We just completed getting a new roof installed. We mostly dealt with Steve Spragg but also Mike Egan. We had damage after hurricane Milton and they assessed our damage, dealt with our insurance company, and explained how the process worked with amazing accuracy. They were always extremely prompt and professional in answering all our questions and taking care of any issues that came up. The roof installation went very smoothly and we had no problems at all. Steve couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish and Mike was always knowledgeable and very easy to work with. All in all, a five star review that is very well deserved.
Global roofing continues to be one of the best contractors in Southwest Florida. In addition to replacing my roof completely without any problems approximately two years ago, they came by and replaced broken tiles, which were broken secondary to palm tree fronds falling on the roof. No fault of global roofing at all. They sent a team to do the repairs and all the repairs were done expeditiously and without a fault. This company continues to be an absolutely customer centric place to do business with. If you have any roof problems at all, do not hesitate to call global roofing. They are excellent.
