ARCO Review Findings

Customers consistently praise the team for completing projects in a timely manner, maintaining thorough cleanup, and providing a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
I love their hard work
I had a family medical emergency that took me out of town for almost a month, and in the middle of that got a notice of cancelation from my insurance company due to age/condition of my roof. Within 2 hours of contact, I had a rough estimate and was connected with J Wallace for a more precise estimate within 2 days. Mr. Wallace worked with me through multiple complications to get the job done by phone and email, and communicated clearly through the whole process. Installation took 3 days total, but real work only took 2 half days. Rest of the time was waiting for city inspector. Roof came out looking great! There are cheaper options out there, but between the customer service, quality, warranty, and speed of completion, I'm happy I went with Sun Coast Roofing.
The Sun Coast team did a FABULOUS job installing a Tufdek roofing solution for my 100 year old home. This project was incredibly complicated, but the forewoman Leona was on top of every step no matter what happened. This hard working team spent 6 days in the hot sun making sure that my project was done correctly. This solved a water intrusion issue I had been having for 2 years since I bought the home and likely saved the back of the house in the long run. The office staff was incredibly professional. They coordinated with the building department and engineers to get my project across the line. The price was fair and a great value for the solutions and peace of mind provided. I’m grateful to the team and highly recommend this company and the Tufdek solution to other home owners.
I was extremely satisfied with the work Suncoast Roofing did recently. JWallace was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept me up to date on when roof would be done. The job supervisor, Joe was great and had the job done in a timely manner along with his crew. Cleanup was also done to my satisfaction. I would unhestatingly recommend Suncoast Roofing services to anyone needing a roof etc. Claudette Guthrie
Jay was the salesman for us gave us a great price. Very wonderful gentleman. Roof was done within the time frame he gave us. The workers were great came started to work around 8:30am and by around 5pm the roof was done and everything was cleaned up. Very happy with this company and highly recommended. Give Jay Wallace a call he is the best. Thank you Jay. The supervisor Joe was here all day helping his guys out. These guys were very hard workers. Can’t believe that 3 guys did this roof from start to finish in a little over 8 hours. Thanks SunCoast Roof for everything.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
