I had Jared stopping by and offered a free inspection. Initially, I was skeptical as I knew he would try to sell something at the end. But he said if I hadn't any issue with my roof, he would be honest. He stopped by the next day, did his free inspection and surprisingly he said my roofing was not that bad (which I knew). He pointed out a few issues but not worth the claim with the insurance, mentioned the potential damages of these early-stage issues, and recommended potential solutions for when I'm ready. I really appreciate his honesty and when it is time for roofing services, I know who to call. Thank you, Jared!

Mr. Carter Smith was right on time. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to inspect my roof. Another company inspected part of my roof and wanted to have me place a claim. I didn’t trust them. So I passed. Mr. Smith I felt was authentic and eased my concerns.

I met Mr. Davidson last week when he rang my doorbell. He professionally presented me with an offer to inspect my roof for damages. This was a very fortuitous opportunity for me because of all the hurricanes that have come through last year. I listened to his proposal and I agreed that a free inspection of my roof would indeed, be an excellent idea. Mr. Davidson presented himself to me today at the agreed upon time. Of course, it's cold and rainy can be felt. I thought well maybe not a good idea because there are those who offer a service and do damage so they can benefit from your misfortune. I advised him that I decided not to do the inspection. Mr. Davidson advised me very articulately, that his inspection is free and if there is any damage he will definitely inform me. I decided to allow the inspection. Ken was very thorough and professional in his inspection of my roof. He informed me that my roof was in good condition. I said "Praise the LORD!" It had been on my mind to have my roof checked but I don't trust too many people and God, knowing my heart, sent Mr. Ken Davidson! I must admit he is honest, amiable and very easy to talk to! We were both outside and he explained "It's cold!" I said yes, it snowed in Pensacola 7.6" of snow. He said if we get down to 34" it can snow here. I said "No, I've already asked God not to send snow here!" We both laughed and he proceeded to leave. I'm very pleased with Mr. Davidson's honesty and now I am reassured about my roof. Excellent personality and work ethic.

Kirk was very pleasant to work with. He showed up a few minutes early to inspect my roof. After the inspection, he showed me pictures as he explained his findings. Was very straightforward and told me my roof was in relatively good shape and nothing needs to be done. Thank you for your honesty and not trying to sell a roof when one wasn’t needed.

I usually close the door on folks who ring my doorbell. Michael had such an amazing personality, I had to hear him out! We scheduled an inspection, he called before he arrived, advised when he was on-site and explained his findings. He is very knowledgeable of the business and background of the company. There was no damage to my rood luckily, but in the event of another storm, Empire will definitely be my first phone call. Kudos to Michael for setting the tone for Empire!
