Despite a couple of unforeseen challenges—including quirks of an older home and a hiccup with the city inspector—John and Juan handled everything swiftly and professionally. No hollering at each other, no music, just steady work. At the end, they meticulously went around the house to pick up all the nails and debris. You’d never know they were even here. That morning, I arrived at his office desperate with a complex situation. Instead of just saying, "Ma’am, I’m so sorry," he immediately responded, "Don't worry, we'll help you and we'll get the job done." I felt immense relief right away. The work crew was tremendous. They arrived at my house, worked diligently all day, and truly went the extra mile to meet every need my roof required. This was an intense job that included a complete roof tune-up, which consisted of changing fascia boards, replacing a damaged deck, replacing the pipe boots, and matching the existing roof.
