ARCO Review Findings

Clients frequently highlight the team's responsiveness, timely project completion, and ability to leave their property clean and in excellent condition.
We had our roof replaced this summer. We received several quotes. While I was shocked at the prices, we didn't choose the cheapest, but we're glad we made the choice we did. They arrived when promised -- at dawn, worked all day, and left at dark leaving not a trace behind. Except for the beautiful new roof, including having removed the old roof down to the plywood, and replacing many of the plywood sheets that were damaged. The pictures do not do it justice.
I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Very professional, reasonable pricing and very attentive to detail. My husband asked me today for the contact info for one of our neighbors. I'll definitely use Sea Glass construction for any future repairs. Thank you! Terry and Carlita Brown Ps. Chimney repair also replaced boots on the roof. Excellent work
I am so happy I was able to find this company. They were honest and quick. I had a consultation on Monday, the work was completed by Tuesday. No complaints I am really happy to have googled and found them. The reviews was what lead me to them and I’m happy they didn’t disappoint. I’m happy to have you all in my Rolodex now of places to recommend. Bram was great on the consultation and Nolan was great on the work. I was able to still work while they worked and they got the job done without me micromanaging.
I was having difficulty reaching my roofing company regarding a repair and sent out a blast message through google for options. Bram with Sea Glass was quick to follow up after I submitted my request and very flexible and patient during our communication around my working hours. Job was completed quickly and looks great… right in time for the holidays. Appreciate the professionalism and quick assist. Please don’t hesitate to use this company for your roofing and construction needs!
I’d been attempting get my roof replaced for well over a year due to fighting with the insurance company and fly by night roofing companies. I called Bram at Seaglass and there was an instantaneous difference in service, availability and results. The roof was done immaculately and the follow up was fantastic. Bram has remained available to me with questions or concerns even after the completion of the project. I cannot recommend them enough.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
