First time home owner. House is almost 40 years old. Miller Roofing provided A+ service and answered every step I had along the way. Roof on my house had been patched multiple times over the years and desperately needed to be completely replaced. Miller Roofing worked with my insurance company directly and I barely had to lift a finger. Our solar panels were removed, roof was torn off and it was all replaced at a lightning pace. The team discovered additional rot under the tiles and immediately had it fixed and they worked out the additional cost with the insurance company. Had it not been for an afternoon rain storm, it probably would’ve been done the same day. Having said that about the rain, my ceiling inside had a little bit of water damage from just those few hours. Miller made sure to come inspect and repaint the interior of my home to my liking. Really impressive team and company. Couldn’t recommend them any more.

As a new-ish homeowner, I am so thankful we went with Miller Roofing. Chris Bell was such a huge help from the start, patiently explaining the entire process and helping me understand all that needed to be done. He kept in contact, scheduled everything as quickly as possible, and was infinitely more helpful than the insurance company. Our new roof looks so nice! Really can’t say enough about how great it was to work with them.

I Highly recommend using Miller Roofing. I had a great experience with them and specifically with Brian Wood who helped advise me throughout the process. Brian is exceptional and I recommend requesting him specifically if you are dealing with an issue with your roof and a difficult insurance company. We had significant damage from a super cell storm that blew through in Jan 2024 and my roof developed leaks in three different spots in three different rooms. My insurance company, which is nationally known and advertises heavily on TV, didn’t want to cover the expense. Other roofers who looked at the roof and then saw who I was insured with chose to walk away. Miller Roofing and Brian specifically, said they would stick with me, if and when, it was denied (which it was!!). Even though I had obvious damage, that insurance company had their “engineer” write up the opinion on the insurance company’s behalf that the damage was due to original install which was NOT THE CASE!!!! Ridiculous that these insurance companies can get away with that- it should be criminal!!! After I agreed to let them represent me, Miller Roofing immediately had their lawyers contact the insurance company, that was NOT acting as a Good Neighbor, and state their intent to litigate the claim. The law firm had their own expert come out and confirm it was absolutely storm damage. The insurance company did everything they could to drag the case out and delay and the case drug on for several months. The insurance company waited till the very last minute before court date and then they finally offered to settle for the full cost of the roof replacement, the lawyers fees, and my interior damages. Definitely reach out to Brian Wood at Miller Roofing and he will take care of you. BTW when it came time to actually put the roof on he was able to schedule it within 2 weeks. All materials arrived on time and they did the entire tear off and install in less than 2 days on a 3,700 sq ft house. No surprise costs. Everything was exactly as promised. They even under estimated the number of bundles if shingkes that they needed and they covered the cost of them. Also the installers were a very impressive crew with their speed and work ethic. Lastly, their clean up was top notch (see after pictures) and even passed my wife’s inspection!!

Hi My name is Rickie. Had Miller Roofing Solutions put on a new roof at my home. I am so satisfied with the look and the assistence afforded me by Dirk & Morgan Wilkens. The were so helpful and courteous from the start. Once the gave me the actual factuals concerning the process, I called my insurance company and started the claim process. From that point on, they took control of the whole process leaving me only to watch and admire them stepping through the process. They were always available when I had questions and kept me in the loop when changes had to be mAde. The roof is complete and am waiting for the gutters to be installed. I will always be thankful for their attention to detail and highly recomend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.
