Fortress Roofing and Construction - Roofing Contractor in Jacksonville, FL

5 Stars all the way! I had legitimate storm damage and my insurance company kept giving me the run around. Stephen at Fortress knows Florida Insurance Law and held my insurance company accountable. He was hands on at every turn. Meeting them out here to make sure they recorded the damage accurately. Stephen got my insurance company to PAY THE CLAIM! Michelle, the President of Fortress worked closely with me to get the roof put on in a timely manner. It's absolutely beautiful. Fortress Roofing actually cares about the homeowner. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Stephen Barnette, and Andrew Edmondson with Fortress Roofing and Construction LLC as they both handled every step of the roof repair process with care, transparency, and efficiency. I appreciated them both keeping us informed of all their efforts throughout the entire process which collectively resulted in having a positive impact on the successful final results of this project. I had informed Stephen, and Andrew that we had several previous estimates provided by other companies that weren't realistic, and several failed attempts by other individuals to repair our roof leak with no positive results. Fortress Roofing and Construction LLC was always supportive, and assured us from the beginning that we would be pleased with the final results. Thank you again for a great experience and providing successful results.

As a Realtor, I work with contractors regularly and can confidently say this team stands out. They were extremely responsive, quick to schedule, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The pricing was very reasonable, the work was completed efficiently, and the quality was excellent. They showed up on time, handled everything professionally, and left the property clean when the job was done. I’ll absolutely continue recommending them to clients, friends, and fellow agents!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fortress Roofing Company, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, every step of the process was handled with care, transparency, and efficiency. The team was punctual, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the roofing process. They took the time to explain my options, answer all my questions, and provided a detailed, honest quote with no pressure. The crew worked diligently and completed the project on time—even ahead of schedule—while keeping the worksite clean and organized throughout. What stood out most was their attention to detail and pride in their work. The new roof looks fantastic and has already drawn compliments from neighbors. It's clear Fortress Roofing doesn't just get the job done—they do it right.
