ARCO Review Findings
Merillat Roofing is described as professional, responsive, and fairly priced, with customers praising the quality of its roofing and siding work. Reviews also highlight timely project completion, courteous crews, thorough cleanup, clear communication, and the owner’s willingness to personally resolve problems.
New roof which was installed a few years ago--developed a problem. I received immediate response and problem area repaired promptly . Fantastic to have a problem solved without any delay. Wonderful experience. Thank you !
Old tile roof was removed , damaged wood repaired and new roof installed in 2 weeks by A crew of 8 to 10 workers that worked 11 to 12 hour days. Property was protected from any damage during the process by plywood on my driveway and tarps over my landscaping. Property was cleaned up at the end of every workday. Communication from the office was outstanding during the process. Neighbors have commented not only on the beautiful new roof but the hardworking crew that completed the work. Obtained quotes from 6 roofing companies and the pricing was reasonable and inline for the quality of the work performed. Samples and a binder describing the scope of the work with license and liability insurance was provided. I highly recommend this local company for your roofing needs .
Great company that is honest and does very good work at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Merillat Roofing recently replaced two roofs in my community. The entire team at Merillat Roofing was a breeze to deal with. From front office to project manager to the roofers, all aspects of my experience with the company was excellent. They showed up on time every time, they worked steadily throughout the day, they cleaned up each evening before they left and the job was completed on time and at the agreed up price. The project manager checked in each day and was on property to answer all questions. The front office dropped off samples and followed up during the project. I plan to use them again.
My friend recommended Merillat roofing to me they were all super nice the office and the men that worked for them and they did an amazing job would recommend them to all my friends
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
