ARCO Review Findings
Sander & Sons Roofing is highly regarded for their professional, transparent, and pressure-free approach to providing competitive quotes and quality craftsmanship. Customers consistently praise the team for their excellent communication, timely project completion, thorough site cleanup, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet specific needs.
Sander and Sons take care of your roofing needs just like it is their home and roof!! Quality work, professional, conscientious, friendly with great communications. Highly recommend!!
This roofing company was so amazing if there was a question i needed answered it was immediate. Service was fast and masterful. My full recommendation to anyone who is interested getting their roof replaced. Thank you for a job well done .
I did not think it possible that I could leave a 5 star review for a roofing company, but if I was able to leave 10 stars, I would for this organization. I previously met with other roofers whose prices were extraordinary along with their hard sale approach. Joey, from Sander & Sons, was professional and informative, with no pressure sales at all and their price was by far the best. My new roof was installed when they said it would be, their employees (no subcontractors) were polite, hard-working and thorough. The job was completed in the timeframe offered and their cleanup was impeccable. I recommend them highly! You will be as pleased as I am!
Being the perfectionist that I am, I got 10 roof replacement quotes. I was impressed with the transparency and fair pricing that Sander and Sons Roofing provided. They did not tell me only 3 sheets of plywood would be included, the quote included all wood needed. In addition they agreed to install water and Ice underlayment on the entire roof so I could qualify for a huge Homeowners discount. Their workers were on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They took there time, and did the job right. I mentioned I had a very hot attic, and they extended my roof vents and added additional to help me save on cooling cost. My roof is beautiful. The building inspector even commented on the good job they did. If you want all inclusive pricing, an honest and transparent family business that does quality work at a reasonable price, look no further. They also guarantee their workmanship and use very high quality materials. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
Sander and Sons Roofing was absolutely the best! They went over and beyond with everything they did. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and very thorough! I loved that the quote for services included everything and there were not any hidden charges or surprises. They were competitive, transparent, trust worthy and I would highly recommend them! Give them a call…you won’t be sorry! Thank you Sander and Sons for everything!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
