John Hogan Roofing, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Clearwater, FL

Outstanding work. Replaced roof on my modest 1400sf house in 6 hours. They showed up on time and came with a large crew. Everyone had their job and they worked efficiently. They were very fairly priced for established company. In line with the 3 competing estimates I received. David sold me on his transparency and committing to a date without hesitation. Despite some extra work on facia, they came in at the agreed price. Really impressive work replacing rotted facia. In particular spent a good amount of time replacing a complicated section where roof and porch met. They took time and effort to do it right. Cleaned up thoroughly and absolutely zero negatives from this project. Home inspector was extremely impressed using the word "amazing" to describe quality based on his experience. Highly recommend this company

I hired John Hogan roofing. From day one David came out and did my estimate. He kept in touch with me through out the project. He came the morning of the job to be sure I met the project manager. I am so happy with my new roof. The color is perfect. If you are in need of a new roof i would suggest using John Hogan Roofing. Thank you for a job well done.

I recently received a roofing estimate from John Hogan Roofing, and while I ended up going with another company for this project, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had with their representative, David. David was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. He took the time to explain options clearly and made the entire process feel easy and transparent. Even though I didn’t end up choosing John Hogan Roofing, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future or recommend them to others based on the level of service I received.

We recently had a pretty damaged roof replaced by the Hogan Roofing team and I could not be happier. Tom coordinated our project, stayed in touch and was very professional, fair and responsive. His team did a wonderful job on the roof and just as importantly, on the cleanup after the job. Somehow the team got the whole roof replaced, including 6 new sheets of plywood, in just one day. After they left, it was like they were never here. Not a single nail or shingle left in our yard or flowerbeds! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their roof.

We had a roof leak and Tom was recommended by a friend of a friend. They were out within the week and thru their process to peel back the edges around the flat roof, they found some other issues that had to be replaced. They worked fast, we're relatively quiet and did not gouge price wise for the extrs work that needed to be done. Very conscientious about their customer service and very fair. Thank you!
