4ThGenRoofing - Roofing Contractor in Clearwater, FL

I can say that the whole process from beginning to end was an amazing customer experience. I called on a Thursday and Tony was able to accommodate an appointment the next day to inspect and provide a real time estimate. The contract and permit paperwork was a streamlined process. Given that we are in hurricane season we were impressed that start to finish was less than 2 weeks which included securing the permit and materials. The crew showed up early and worked meticulously to remove the old roof and reinstall the new one. The team laid a tarp on my driveway when they dropped the trash container off and when the container was removed the entire property and street were swept like they were never even there. Dave was my point of contact for the actual job and he was amazing and kept me informed of each process along the way. The entire team was professional and I highly recommend that if you need to replace or repair a roof you give them a call. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

I just can't say enough about 4th Gen Roofing! From the initial consultation with Tony to the final cleanup, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They didn't try to upsell me on a full replacement when a repair was sufficient, which I deeply appreciated. The crew arrived on time, was very respectful of our property, and finished our new roof in one day. They even found and fixed a small flashing issue we didn't know about. It's incredibly hard to find good trustworthy contractors these days, so if you have any roofing issues big or small, do yourself a favor and give them a call, I highly recommend them!
