ARCO Review Findings
Gator Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, honest service and fair pricing, with customers frequently praising the team's high-quality workmanship and responsiveness to repairs. Clients appreciate the owner's transparent communication, the crew's efficiency on the job site, and their commitment to thorough cleanup.
I’ve used Gator roofing over the past few years on several properties I’ve had. Darrell, the owner has always been upfront & honest. I recently needed a repair done at one of my rental units and will probably need to replace the roof in a few more years. Darrell’s team did a great job again! Thank you!
After interviewing a number of companies, I was most impressed with Gator Roofing for this repair. For many reasons - First the smaller companies would not produce their current insurance certificate or had none. Next the larger companies wanted to replace the whole roof - which was not an option in this case. The result was - Gator’s owner personally inspected damage, their price was fair, he produced the insurance certificate with the bid. I was so impressed with his workers that stayed right on task with no time wasted. I really felt we got our money’s worth for this repair! I can confidently recommend Gator Roofing.
Gator Roofing (Darrell) has been a pleasure to work with. They replaced existing roof with beautiful metal roof, and did a perfect job. Darrell is honest, the best in his industry, and timely. I look forward to the next roof. Thank you, Gator! Updating review: Four-point inspection completed and inspector was very impressed with the installation of the roof; said it was the most perfect installation he has seen. Thank you, Darrel (Gator Roofing).
They are the best, roofers I have ever used. They repaired my flat roof at a very reasonable cost, so when time came to do the main roof I used them and now even with my roof out of warranty they fixed a small leak I had where the flat roof meets the main roof. They fixed it at no charge. A++.
Darrell and his workers responded immediately to solve my roof leak. Very professional . All employees very good and work was completed. Also ha a vent shield installed on roof vent to prevent water from coming in during storms. Price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Highly recommend Gator Roofing
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
