Charlie Rice Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Bradenton, FL

This is now the 3rd roof we’ve done with Charlie. He’s simply the best. If you are deciding between 2 pick him. He is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to make sure the site is kept clean nail free and he even roofed our shed for me so kind too!

Very good experience with replacing our roof. Pricing was fair, maybe not the lowest, but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for!” The workers were polite and friendly and cleaned up around the house everyday at quitting time. C Rice pays his crew by the hour, not the job (he says this and his foreman did, too). Charlie has been in the roofing business for 35 years, and his crew members have 5 to 30 years’ roofing experience with C Rice. They take the time to do it right—no rush leading to oversight or shoddy work. Modifications to correct some original roof design issues were done without having to ask. The only “add ons” were for some labor and replacement plywood decking that was found to have become water damaged — at the rate spelled out in the Proposal. At completion, the entire roof was washed, the gutters cleaned out and washed, and the walkways, patio and driveway were all power washed. Charlie did his own final inspection, and the job foreman told us the crew all know Charlie’s is fussy! We couldn’t ask for more!

Charlie Rice Roofing showed excellence from their quote (competitive pricing) to performance, clean up, billing and payment choices. Photos were taken at the time of the quote, during the repairs as well as the finished roof. The workers were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Just a quick note to thank you for the great work on our roof. You were honest, on time, and the quality of your work really shows. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and professional — we’re truly grateful for getting our work done before our closing! I’ll gladly recommend you to anyone who needs roofing done right.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I used Charlie's services for roof repair following a hurricane. While I watched my neighbors be unsatisfied with OTHER roofers, Charlie was incredibly professional, courteous, and reasonable in every way. He explained the damage, the repairs, and the timeline very transparently. I will 100% hire Charlie again, and I plan to recommend him to family and friends.
