Stonescape Steel Roofing and Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Fort Collins, CO

DJ was on top of our job every step of the way. The communication from him and his team was informative and professional. I would not hesitate to refer Stonescape to anyone I know and I’m having them replace the roof on our rental home as well. They worked with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to - it’s been a great experience.

I contacted Jay at Stonescape to bid on some needed repairs on my metal roof. The bid came back at a reasonable price. I was impressed with Jay’s professionalism and knowledge. So I went them. Their crew came out in reasonable time frame and did an outstanding job. Vincente, the team leader, was a very competent worker. His team went above and beyond my expectations.

Jay was very easy to work with. He kept us informed on what was happening with our claim and was always on top of everything including the insurance company. The workers were very professional and polite. The grounds were cleaned up every day without any damage to the property. Jay handled the interaction with the solar company and stucco repair without any delays. Would highly recommend using Jay in the future.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. Their prices were very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. Professional, honest, and easy to work with — I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofer.

Let me preface by saying. I will not write a five star review about a company, unless I would be comfortable with sending my elderly mother to them. So when It comes to a company, integrity is everything. When it comes to a team You’re only as strong as your weakest link. I have been dealing with Erika for years now. She is a staple of the northern Colorado roofing industry. I have yet to meet one of her team members I don’t like. They have been honest and forthcoming with every job they have done for me. My relationship with them began when I had my roof inspected by another company after a hail storm. The other company told me there was hell damage, and I needed to file an insurance claim. I didn’t feel as if the hail was so strong it would’ve damaged my roof. So I called for another opinion the company I called was Stonescape. I spoke with Erika personally. She sent someone out that day. Her inspector or estimator (not sure the job title). Showed me pictures of my whole roof and made me aware of the fact that he could find no damage. He wasn’t just going for the sale! That is honesty, he was not trying to make a dollar off of me, he was building a relationship. The next day Erika gave me a follow up call. Just to ensure I felt I had received the highest quality of service. That is integrity. Since my first experience with them, I have referred several family and friends. All have had the same experience with Erika. So if you are looking for a company that treats you like family, and does the right thing because it’s right. Not because who might be watching. Stonescape is it! Thank you Erika! I can’t say enough about your work ethic. Or the caliber of your team! I look forward to working with you again!
