We experienced a little issue with our insurance company and he was quick to get in touch with the insurance and us to help clarify some things as well as catching somethings other inspectors didn't catch. After a bad hail storm damaged our roof, we were referred to Erik who accommodated our busy schedules, came and did an assessment of the damages, and then took the time to explain potential repairs and services. He communicated with us and our insurance company during the whole process. His crew came and completed the job in one day, they were professional, and even took the time to cleanup our home site.
