NoCo Roofing was recommended to me by Sasha Gates Home Inspector and Jason arrived and did a thorough inspection of done issues and also caulked an area plus didn't charge. Unfortunately the HOA for our property decided that they can't have me hire my own roofing folks and I have to go with their contracted person who is so SUPER SLOW at getting back with me or getting anything done. Thanks NoCo!

Steve Trotter oversaw the project and made sure that there were proper permits and that the quality of work was top notch. Afterwards, they did a thorough job cleaning up. We interviewed three roofing companies before we selected NOCO Roofing (also recommended by our insurance company). NOCO rep Jason's estimate was very detailed, and he spent time explaining the process of replacing our roof. After confirmation, they replaced our roof within a week's time. Excellent service, very punctual and very responsive. The crew was very competent and courteous. They adapted very well to undercovering the bad underlayment and made necessary changes to correct without delay. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOCO Roofing!
