ARCO Review Findings
Bone Dry Roofing is described as honest, knowledgeable, and professional, with customers praising its thorough workmanship and ability to diagnose and repair roofing issues. Reviews also highlight clear, frequent communication, photo documentation, responsive scheduling, competitive pricing, and helpful support with insurance claims.
Very responsive and job looks great. Were able to work with me on price and schedule. Highly recommend.
Professional, prompt and excellent service.
Bone Dry did a great job with getting our gutters repaired as well as fixing some damage to the roof. Daniel Kading was our project manager and he was on top of everything and was always available. He was never pushy and was also very patient with my timeline. He also worked with me on alternate options to keep our cost low. He was also able to help me take advantage of an offer for 0% financing for 12 months. Once we were scheduled, Bone Dry's communication was great with them reaching out weekly to let us know we were still on the schedule. On the day of install, Jojo and Chris came out to do the work. They talked through the plan before working, sent me images throughout the work and were very friendly and easy to talk to. My 3 year old loved watching and they were nice and welcoming to him asking questions, ha. They got the job done quick and cleaned up everything to the point where it looked like they were never there. We also received photos and a video of the completed work. Lastly, a separate inspector from Bone Dry came out two days later to verify the work. All in all I would definitely recommend Bone Dry to anyone looking for roof repair.
I found this company by Googling roofing services in my Denver neighborhood. Their listing clearly states that they serve Denver, so I contacted them for a roof inspection required by my insurance carrier. They were awesome and very thorough. Johnny our inspector was very knowledgeable and walked me trough the whole process ! In all it was a great experience
Jojo, the forman and the crew Jose, Raul, Marvin and Ignacio were respectful, friendly and did an efficient job preparing for the work and clean-up after the work!! I was amazed that it only took 1 day. They did a professional, efficient job. Daniel who was very patient with me and my anxiety, was in constant contact with me, answered and was very helpful with every question I had. The team at the office Hamilton, Rachel, and everyone there were kind and helped me with all this insurance and roofing stuff, Thank you! It was a great first time experience dealing with this for me. I'm so happy and glad that I chose Bone Dry Roofing! THANK YOU Bone Dry ROOFING!!!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
