About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Sigma Renovation is praised for providing professional, efficient, and high-quality workmanship across a variety of renovation and repair tasks. Clients highlight Dan Palmer’s responsive communication and his ability to complete projects promptly and reliably.
Absolutely fantastic job on our renovation project! The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They repainted the ceiling. carefully caulked all the necessary areas, fixed all the toilets, and completely redid the closet. Every task was completed to a very high standard, and the space looks amazing. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend their work to anyone looking for quality and reliable renovation services.
After fighting with my homeowners company about a Skylight (that was put in without knowledge before I moved in by the previous owner making the fix my problem instead of Homeowners) I went to my normal handyman that I guess didn't do Skylights or roof work. I came across Dan from Sigma Renovation via Google search and recommendation from my finance guy. I was not sure how much work it'd take but after the skylight started leaking down my walls into my unit and the paint starting to get messed up I thought with my minimal knowledge that it would take at least a week to fix. That was until Dan got back to me very promptly and politely. He and one other gentleman he brought with him went out and bought the skylight when I called him and had the fix including paint done in about a 6 hour chunk of my afternoon. I am very happy with the fix and new skylight and would gladly go with Sigma Renovation again. Thanks Dan!!!
Working with Dan Palmer was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
