This was my first time ever needing to replace a roof, so I really didn’t know what to expect going into the process and I wasn't looking forward to it. From the beginning, McIntire Roofing did a great job explaining the process, walking me through the different options, and answering all of my questions without making me feel like I was supposed to already know how everything worked. The insurance claim process was also a huge part of this project. It was something I never would have known how to navigate on my own, or had the bandwidth to manage. They were incredibly helpful throughout that process and handled the back-and-forth with insurance that made a complicated situation much easier for me. Once approved, the work was scheduled quickly and the job got done swiftly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done for not only the actual roofing quality but also the front end work/invisible work to get there.
