Great experience with Andy Elliot - he was always on time and very detailed. His crew was polite and they cleaned up all messes. They finished on time and helped negotiate with insurance. Our stucco is as good as new! Thanks!

We had a great experience working with Andy Elliott of Shield Construction. He was kind, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. Everything was explained to us step by step, and the transparency really put our minds at ease as we navigated an unfamiliar process. I’m very happy that Nationwide recommended Shield—they made a stressful situation much easier. I would absolutely use them again for any future needs and highly recommend them to others.

We got hit by a tornado but Shield came through with everything they promised! It took a while, but they kept going, working with me and helping me negotiate with my insurance carrier. I appreciate the solid work they did and the professionalism with which they communicate. Gabe is always available immediately, if you have a question and was great to work with. He would come check on the progress and quality of the work his contractors did on a regular basis and I appreciated that a lot. Thank you, Shield!

Google

Gabe and the crew at Shield Construction took great care to replace our hail damaged roof. The new roof looks beautiful and we have peace of mind knowing that everything was installed to code and with the best materials on the market. We recommend them!

Google

We were very pleased with the services of Shield Construction. We had lots of hail damage in that May storm. Gabe saw and did an extensive bid and contract. He was always responsive and available for questions and concerns during the whole process which we totally appreciated. The workers were skillful, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly people. I would highly recommend Shield Construction for a contractor!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
