ARCO Review Findings
Reliable Roofing and Restoration is consistently praised for being professional, honest, and highly responsive throughout the entire project process. Customers frequently highlight the team's excellent communication, timely service, and high-quality workmanship in completing roofing projects efficiently and with great care for their property.
Reliable Roofing and Restoration went above and beyond on my cabin! From the very first call, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and treated my property with so much care and respect. The craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch — my cabin looks better than ever! They handled every detail perfectly and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and dedicated to quality. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team that truly takes pride in their work!
Reliable Roofing & Restoration did a great job on our roof. They were on time, communicative and did a good job protecting our property/cleaning up when they were done. Moriah was our primary contact and she was professional, easy to understand, and so nice. Strongly recommend! I hope we don’t have to replace our roof again, but know who to contact if I do!
We called Reliable Roofing & Restoration to have our roof inspected. We got a call back the same afternoon and made an appointment for noon the next day. Luke texted in the morning to verify the appointment and again when he was on his way. He provided an excellent report. Two other companies never returned my call. I will be doing all my future work with Reliable!
We just had the pleasure of meeting Evan from Reliable Roofing. He came out to check our roof after some recent storms and critter activity. My husband and I were really impressed with his kindness, patience, knowledge, and most of all, his honesty. As a homeowner and realtor of 10+ years, I know that in the contracting industry finding good and honest people is rare, I will be recommending him and Reliable Roofing and Restoration to friends, family, and clients go forth. Thanks for all your guidance today, Evan, you were a great help!
We had an extremely pleasant experience when interacting and communicating with Luke Conilogue during our roof replacement project. He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive and he always took time to address our questions and concerns. Luke acted as our trusted advisor and went above and beyond with supervising and managing the project, which was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend Luke and Reliable Roofing & Restoration for any roofing project.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
