I worked with Richard who walked me through the entire process of my insurance claim through color choices and installation. My roof and new gutters are beautiful. I am very happy with how the workmanship, install process, clean up by the crew, and most importantly the final look of the installed products which are an upgrade to what we had before. I would recommend Lifetime and Richard to make sure everything goes smoothly for an insurance claim to replace a roof with high quality materials and craftsmanship.

The hail storm of May 2024 was a truly costly event, financially and emotionally. To say the least, the amount of stress that single event caused was heart wrenching. Knowing another storm could hit and wanting the best quality and best chance to survive another storm, I looked for the best company I could find and behold, I found Lifetime Room & Solar. I decided that despite having my roof replaced well over a year ago, I wanted to wait to write the review. Why? Because I wanted to see if the roof held up. It has. The crew that replaced my entire roof spent not just one day, but two days being as careful as humanly possible to minimize disruption to me and my neighbors, and to do the job properly. This company also replaced my mother and father's roof and did an amazing job and thus far, they have had no issues. So if you are looking for a good roofing company, you have come to the right place.

We had a great experience with Lifetime Roof & Solar. Our roof was a worn down due to hail and just general age. Richard helped us with the insurance claim, pushed back on the adjustor with the initial review, and really went above and beyond to make sure the roof was done beautifully. I worked with Richard Daskam during our insurance claim for hail damage. Richard spent hours with my wife and I making sure he looked at everything damaged in our home. He stayed in constant contact with use explaining the process with keeping us continuously informed. His advise and direction were always spot on. At a certain time after committing to Lifetime I had a question for Richard. I sent him a text or a call can’t remember lol and received a response from him while he was vacationing with his wife in Mexico. We needed a new roof due to hail damage and Lifetime Roof and Solar were terrific from beginning to end. James was terrific in meeting with us and with our insurance adjuster. He was easy to reach throughout the process, as was Taylor, the office manager. The roofing crew did an excellent job, including clean up. Since we had solar panels, they needed to be removed beforehand and reinstalled after the new roof was in place. The whole solar crew was terrific! A special shout out to Kyle and Zach for going above and beyond to assure that our solar system was even better than before!
