Bailey Roofing & Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Denver, CO

We recently used Bailey Roofing & Exteriors to install new gutters after we had our house painted and had an amazing experience. Daniel was super professional, friendly, and made the process easy for us from start to finish. We brought up a concern after installation and our needs were immediately met! Great communication - great overall! Thank you Daniel! Highly recommend BR&E.

I have had two roofs replaced from Bailey Roofing and Exteriors, and both have been equally well-done. Every detail of these projects was exceptional. They were prompt with communications, on site start time and completion, friendly, honest, professional, and clean. They completed the jobs expediently and professionally. Both new roof looks amazing! I appreciate Brian (owner) and Daniel's (project manager) people skills, encouragement, and competence. I would highly recommend Bailey Roofing and Exteriors!

Dan and his crew do great work. He doesn't try to upsell you on something you don't need, has been in the industry a long time and is a good communicator. I'd recommend Dan for your roofing needs!

I had to replace my roof once before on this house, and I regret not interviewing a few roofing companies before making the decision. The previous roofing company ignored my calls and texts, and they even billed my insurance for work they didn’t do or perform on my house. I don’t like being rushed into making a decision, so this time, I took my time and researched several roofing companies before choosing Bailey Roofing & Exteriors. I was looking for: 1) A local company 2) Who has excellent reviews 3) Someone I could trust. Brian Bailey from Bailey Roofing met my expectations and honestly he exceeded them. He has over 18 years of experience in the industry and is incredibly knowledgeable. He was always quick to respond to my calls and texts, which is crucial when making such a significant investment. I was so impressed with Brian that I shared my positive experience with my neighbors, who also chose Bailey Roofing for their roofing needs. Bailey Roofing offers a wide range of services, including roof replacement, siding replacement, rain gutter installation, painting of damaged deck and house siding, and even interior damage repair. I take great pride in my home, and I’m thrilled with the work that Bailey Roofing did.
