AVI Roofing And Gutter - Roofing Contractor in Denver, CO

Back in October I had to have my roof replaced due to faulty shingles from when the house was built. Several of my neighbors recommended Zach who had been helping out several of the neighbors in our community. I can't say enough good things about Zach and the process this took with the company that put the shingles on initially and what steps I had to do to get the money from that company. Zach made the whole process a smooth experience and really did a lot of the work to get me what I needed to get the roof replaced. Zach is a trustworthy individual that kept me updated the whole time. There was also another individual Norman who went above and beyond to help with the process when the roof was finally getting installed. My outside rail for my steps had taken a beating from the weather and the old shingles being removed during the new install. Norman offered to paint my rail as I had the paint for it and he didn't even hesitate to take care of it. This was a great experience from beginning to end not just with Zach, but Norman as well. If I ever need any roofing done in the future, I will be calling Zach to take care of it. Thank you to Zach and Norman for the great experience and making it a smooth process. 100% recommend using AVI with Zach and Norman.

I have worked with Todd for years and this year I also worked closely with Alex. Both have been very diligent about making sure that everything was done correctly and on time. I had replacement gutters on my house this year and AVI replaced the roof about 15 years ago. The work was excellent; the price was competitive and the quality and workmanship superb. They also replaced the roof and the skylights at my neighbor’s house, and I was the contact person on this. The old gravel roof was removed and the new EPDM roof installed as well as the planter box liners and the skylights. There was an initial slope/drainage issue but that was resolved quickly and effectively. I appreciate that I was always kept “in the loop” and appraised of any issues that may have popped up. I would use them again should I require any roofing work to be done in the future.

We recently had our roof replaced by AVI, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. They provided a spot on estimate, explained every step, and completed the job the right way unlike the previous installer. Our new roof looks great and gives us peace of mind knowing it was done right. I highly recommend AVI and if possible ask to work with Zach, he was outstanding!! It's great to know that there are still companies and individuals that care about the quality of service they provide.

We worked with AVI Roofing due to our TAMKO shingles being defective, and while the company itself was great to work with, this review is specifically for Zach, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Zach went above and beyond. He guided us through the claim process, kept in touch while we waited to hear back from TAMKO, and answered every single one of my (many!) questions with patience, clarity, and zero hesitation. His combination of professionalism and genuine personability made everything so much easier. On installation day, Zach was on-site ensuring everything went smoothly and kept me updated along the way. He even took the extra step of checking our dryer vent and removed a bunch of lint—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did simply because he cares. AVI is incredibly lucky to have someone as kind, dedicated, and experienced as Zach on their team. Thank you, Zach, for making a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Highly recommend!
