Smart Roofing & Restoration - Roofing Contractor in San Diego, CA

Recently completed our roof replacement project with Smart Roofing. Spencer was very knowledegable, honest and easy to communicate and work with during the quoting and vendor selection process. Once the project was scheduled, it was executed rapidly and very thoroughly. David, the PM was in communication with us. Adolfo, Carlos, Edgar, Juan and Javier were awesome roofers who worked hard, and listened to any additional requests and answered our questions during execution. They were especially thorough with daily clean ups too. The invoice and change order process and payment system was easy too. I highly recommend considering Smart Roofing for a roofing project.

From my first meeting with Spencer (the owner) I immediately appreciated his straightforward forthright approach. The Job included the removal and reinstallation of my 20 solar panels. It was very comforting to know that everything would be handled by the Smart Roofing and Restoration team. Most other roofing companies that I received estimates from told me I would have to coordinate with a third party for the solar panels. Lydia was my main office contact and was extremely helpful and was always able to answer all my questions. She was in constant contact to advise me of the ongoing process and schedules. David was the project manager that was assigned to my job and remained in constant communications to ensure that the job went smoothly and remained on schedule. Brandon was the gentleman that came out to remove (and later reinstall) all the solar panels. He was always on time, extremely professional and very polite. Carlos’ crew was awesome to deal with and were always on time. At the end of each day, they would clean up the yard and ensure there wasn’t any debris left. They were extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. They worked fast with great attention to detail. Smart Roofing and Restoration is an exemplary company that provides both value and quality with some of the best crews around. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

I had an exceptional experience with Smart Roofing & Restoration. Great service! Listened to our needs and concerns. Reliable/ on time. I highly recommend Smart Roofing & Restoration 👍

We had a very good experience with this company. All of the roofers came always on time and worked all day long. The work was impeccable, it took them seven working days to do our roof, our house has a very large roof as we are a one story 2600 square-foot home. The work again was done impeccably, they cleaned up after each day, we could not be more pleased.

Excellent work with new construction and repair work. Quick, responsive, and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend.
