Roofing Specialists of San Diego - Roofing Contractor in San Diego, CA

I had Roofing Specialists recently replace my 30+ year old roof. Robert from sales provided me with a line item estimate so I knew exactly what I was getting and the price was reasonable. The team arrived on-time and did an excellent job of installing and cleaning-up. They worked late into the day on demo day which helped them complete the job in 3 days! My new roof is beautiful and safe! I highly recommend!

Mark and his team provided excellent service and were professional from start to finish. They coordinated all aspects of the project, including the removal and reinstallation of both the AC unit and solar panels, which took a significant burden off my shoulders. Their commitment to quality and workmanship was evident throughout the entire process, and they never cut corners. In today's market, it can be difficult to find contractors you can trust, but Roofing Specialists of San Diego is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor.

On a 5 star scale, I wish I could give 7 stars to Mark Dice and Roofing Specialists of San Diego (RSSD). I got three bids for a new garage roof. Of the three, Mark and RSSD stood out for attention to detail, willingness to deliver features that I wanted, and a great price. Mark was always upbeat and straight forward. He answered his phone. He replied to emails. He scheduled the job when I wanted it done. The crew showed up a little early, and worked a little late, to get the job done in one day, and they cleaned up afterwards. All that was worth 5 stars. But what happened next was worth 7 stars. I took a close look the next day. I saw two things that didn't look quite right. I talked to Mark, sent him pictures, he agreed my concerns were valid. That same day, Mark and RSSD agreed to make the two things right. That was huge. That was worth 7 stars. A crew showed up the next morning to make the finishing touches. In the moment of truth, Mark and RSSD stood behind their work. They earned my trust. They will be my go-to roof contractor in the future. Thank you, Rich Fridell

Roofing Specialists of San Diego did a great job in upgrading our roof and vents. Mark Dice inspected our home, and developed a very thorough plan for replacing our worn-out underlayment, installing new roof tiles where necessary (and matching to our old tiles as closely as possible), and enhancing the safety and effectiveness of our vents. He also coordinated efforts between his firm, and the electric and pool solar companies that needed to temporarily remove, and then reinstall, the solar panels and mats that were on our roof. RSSD utilized an experienced team of workers on our job that worked incredibly effectively together. We were impressed with how quickly they finished the job, taking only 2.5 days to complete their activities across our entire roof. They also were very thorough in clean-up each day to ensure that the area outside of our home was clean, and free of safety risks such as nails. We would highly recommend Roofing Specialists of San Diego to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof and vent systems.

I was thoroughly impressed with Eric and his roofing team. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism, quality, and service. During the initial consultation, Eric demonstrated extensive knowledge during his roof inspection. What stood out most was his honesty - he provided straightforward recommendations without any pressure tactics or unnecessary upselling. His competitive pricing matched other quotes I received, offering excellent value for the quality of work. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and completed the entire roof replacement within a single 12-hour workday - an impressive feat considering the scope of the project. They showed remarkable flexibility by accommodating my requests to close an existing vent and install a new one in a different location, even though this wasn't in the original work order. Their willingness to adapt to my needs, despite my initial hesitation, demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. What particularly impressed me was the additional assistance they provided with interior ventilation recommendations and repairs, going beyond the standard roofing service. Eric's practice of documenting the work through blogging not only showcased his expertise but also provided me with reassurance about his professional dedication and transparency.
