I had to get my roof done quickly in order to keep my insurance coverage. Yahav was very thorough and informative and I really appreciated his advice to get feedbacks on quotes from different companies. The work was done well and as quickly as the weather would safely allow. I feel confident in the work we had done and I would recommend tip top roofing to my friends and neighbors.

From the initial roof inspection to the final completion, Nick and the owner of Tip Top Roofing clearly communicated what would happen and when. The workers were prompt, courteous, and considerate. Nick provided videos of the initial scope of the project and updated with videos along the way— very helpful because Lord knows I’m was not getting on my roof! I got 4 contract bids from various roofing companies in Phx area , and went with Tip Top because they were competitive and responsive at every turn! Excellent 5 star experience!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
