I recently had the pleasure of working with Apex Roofing Systems and KJ Watmore, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation through project completion, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I selected the Atlantic Blue roof color, which turned out beautifully and has greatly enhanced the curb appeal of my home. The crew arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the installation in just one day. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were outstanding. During this process, my insurance company, State Farm, unfortunately refused to cover my roof. They deemed it repairable when it clearly was not. KJ went out of his way to help me navigate this situation and provided guidance and support, even though the outcome with State Farm did not change. That level of dedication speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his customers. At the end of the day, this review isn’t about the insurance company—it’s about how great KJ Watmore and Apex Roofing Systems are. With years of experience and a strong understanding of Arizona’s unique desert climate, they provide not only exceptional roof installations but also certified inspections and reliable repairs. I highly recommend Apex Roofing Systems and KJ Watmore to anyone in need of roofing services in Phoenix, Payson, Prescott, or Sun City. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer-first approach truly set them apart.

Requested an estimate to replace a ceramic tile that blew off in the storm several months ago. Called Monday late afternoon, scheduled for an estimate to replace Thursday. Replacement was done the same day. The owner ([redacted]) arrived at the time promised, completed the replacement at no charge. While my repair was a small job, Apex Roof Systems still handled my request promptly and professionally. Thank you again, [redacted]. And thank you for your service to our country.
