ARCO Review Findings
Panda Roofing & Construction is consistently praised for their professional communication, responsiveness, and ability to provide detailed, competitive project bids. Customers frequently highlight the team's high-quality workmanship, efficient project timelines, and thorough cleanup practices.
Panda Roofing did a complete new roof as well as interior drywall and paint repair and custom light fixture installation. No easy task as I have a 20' interior ceiling height. Their crew is awesome and professional from the front office to the subs and crew! Highly recommend.
Kevin and the Panda Team were quick to respond when we reached out, listened and helped answer our questions. 5 star service from start to finish!
I’m a realtor with your home sold guarantee Realty. I called This Roofer and their office staff was amazing. They followed up with me. They made sure even after hours that I was taken care of. They came out and went to a very remote area and gave a very comprehensive bid that was descriptive with videos I cannot brag about this company enough and specifically Kevin
We were referred by a friend to Panda roofing and construction. We could not have been happier with Monty and his team with our roof replacement. You will receive personal care throughout the entire process. Monty helped with everything from the insurance claim and was supervising the entire process to ensure the roof was the best install. We were impressed with the attention to detail that was shown. Monty ensured the venting in our attic was upgraded so it will be cooler in the summer.
So happy with this company! Highly recommend Fresh Home Solutions!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
