We were very pleased with Canyon State Roofing. Robyn was always very friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Jim did a thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable and honest when presenting options for repair or replacement. We ended up choosing to replace our roof. While the estimate was not the lowest one we received, the price was definitely fair for the level of quality provided. Jim was able to get our project moved up on the schedule, so we were able to get the work done sooner than expected. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get our roof done quickly. We are very pleased with our new roof and would recommend Canyon State Roofing.
Jim and his crew at Canyon State Roofing did an outstanding job installing two layers of new underlayment on our nearly 20 year old roof. The crew showed up on time every morning, and ensured that whatever section they were working on that day was watertight before they left. We have a complex roof with several dead valleys, to which the crew paid specific attention to ensure proper drainage. They did a thorough clean-up every day, and Miguel, the foreman did a great job keeping us informed of their progress. Everything was done on time and looks great. I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing for their knowledge, professionalism and quality work.
This was my second time using Canyon State Roofing, and Jim (owner) and team were fantastic once again. They finished the my tile roof replacement a day early, their quote was lower than a popular competitor—saving me thousands—and the family‑owned, no‑pressure approach made the whole process easy. They even painted the metal flashing, bird guards, and vent pipes with the paint I provided. This saved me HOA hassles and extra contractor costs (other companies charge extra for this!). Replacing a roof is never fun or cheap but the value, workmanship, and professionalism received makes me confident I made the right decision in hiring them again.
