Monarch Roofing Systems - Roofing Contractor in Gilbert, AZ

2/3/2026 Recently, we experienced the untimely need for a new roof. There is probably never a great time but we had a lot going on. My husband was in need of a couple of medical procedures, our youngest son was getting married, we had a planned vacation on the books and we had a lot of unexpected expenses for repair of the interior of our home , from a leaking roof. We were extremely fortunate to find David and Monarch Roofing. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he came when scheduled, even alerting me that he was enroute on the day. He spent time on the roof and said he would email a quote on Monday. On Monday, a quote was in my email box. We were very specific about timing because of financial reasons, planned vacation and the medical procedures. In November we solidified a date for January 12. On January 12th a crew of 6 or 7 people arrived and they worked all day. They arrived at 7:00 and worked until dark every day. When the job was complete, there was no sign or any dust, nails or any debris whatsoever. The job started and was completed when promised. Pricing was a blessing. During the two months between hiring David and actually having him come to install the roof, we were approached by at least 4 other roofing contractors in our community. Several neighbors were getting new roofs at the same time. All offered bids were well above David’s bid. We feel very fortunate to have hired David and Monarch Roofing and highly recommend him and his company. Sincerely, David and Rhonda Chorley

David's team did a great job on our roof five years ago. Recently, we had a small issue with some tiles chipping during the storms. No leaks, thank goodness. David provided some closely matching tiles and now roof is back in tip top shape. If you are in need of new roofing, please consider Monarch Roofing Systems.

Worked fast honest and responsive. A roofer fell through my roof and they covered the expense of the drywall repair. Got my roof done just in time before the rain and no leaks would definitely recommend to anyone.

My experience with this company was outstanding! David’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience with questions is top-notch. Response time was quick after this last big storm!

It was an absolute pleasure working with David and his team at Monarch Roofing Systems. When I reached out to David to get a quote to have the underlayment replaced on my roof he responded very quickly. His pricing was competitive and his knowledge of what I needed told me he knew what he was doing. From day one his team was on time, polite and very conscientious of my home and of my new landscaping. They did such a great job, I could see that they took the time to make sure everything was just right. From start to finish I was just so pleased with everything. I would highly recommend Monarch Roofing and have to my friends. In a time when good service is so rare this was fantastic.
