Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Arizona Watertite Systems Inc. is highly regarded for its honest, reliable service and long-standing history of quality workmanship on both flat and tile roofs. Clients consistently praise the team for being professional, responsive, and committed to honoring their warranties and project timelines.
In my profession, I have been dealing with contractors for years. Some are really good, some not so good. Having worked with Az Watertite a number of times I can easily put them at the top of list as the best ever. Honesty, transparency, and communication are their best characteristics. I have never been left guessing with them.
Excellent local roofing company! Danny Jones is on top of his business and offers exceptional customer care. Arizona Watertite Systems is a preferred roofing vendor for one of my HOA communities in downtown Chandler. The service is always on time, on budget and we get a detailed follow with photos. Highly recommend this roofing service!
Highly recommend for any flat roof owner. I just re-upped my warranty with a new application and couldn’t be happier. Danny and his team are responsive and stick to their schedule. Will use again and again with every property I own.
Arizona Watertite came highly recommended to us by someone we trust. How many roofing contractors do you know that have been in business for 30 years, that you can trust to be there down the road, honor their warranties, and make things right if something goes wrong? In our experience they have lived up to their reputation as a trusted, reputable organization worthy of our rare six star rating.
Had my roof redone in 2022, it was really bad. I am now in the stages of selling my home 2024, and they came out and resealed all the parts needed to sell my home. Thank you guys so much!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
