Of all the contractors I've worked with on my renovation project, Brewer was the friendliest and most accommodating. I worked with their representative, Stephen, and his communication, timeliness, and professionalism were very impressive. When complications arose during our roof install, Brewer demonstrated their commitment to our satisfaction by going above and beyond the agreed scope of work. I appreciated their thorough cleanup and magnet sweep to collect stray nails; they left the yard spotless. They even came back to touch up some extra details for me free of charge. If you usually find working with contractors to be stressful and frustrating, I would recommend going with Brewer for a stress-free experience.

Very pleased with our experience. Brewer worked with our insurance company and made the process seamless from start to finish. We have a steep roof with lots of angles. Their pros did incredible, diligent work and left the driveway and yard nice and clean when they were done. Thankful to have found Brewer!

Brewer Roofing and Construction came in at the budget we were looking for and did an amazing job. We feel like we're in a brand new home. Stephen and Hector listened to everything we wanted, made suggestions, and came through with an unbelievable home remodel. We had major reconstruction in the kitchen and both bathrooms; our ceiling was scraped and made smooth; complete flooring throughout as well as paint; and the outside received a face lift with vinyl siding. We were given a 4 week time frame to completion. Hector and his crew had it done in 17 days!!! I do not have adequate words for the men that worked on our home. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond in the little details. If you need work done, I highly recommend Brewer!!!

Brewer Roofing & Construction was recommend in my town’s Facebook group. They were one of the first companies to respond to my message regarding qualified companies to complete the buildout of my basement. Initially, I was skeptical as I had been burned by several companies in the area, promising to “get back” to me or failed to show their previous work and/or credentials. Right off the bat, my family and I noticed how Brewer stood out against the competition —— from the appearance of their website (which not only looked current, and a neat layout of but also had lots of pictures) to their positive and no-nonsense attitudes on getting the job done. Within a week or less after being contacted by the company, their project manager, Stephen Hayes came out to our home and brought their expert builder, Hector. While we had an idea of what we wanted in our basement, Stephen and Hector worked together to bring our vision to life. After the first visit, before we even received our quote, we had a good feeling about them. At the time, we were looking at a few other companies, and Brewer’s reputation and responsiveness blew them out the water. In fact the day we signed the contract, they got started the following day. I would 10/10 choose them again as they were not only reasonably priced, but provided top quality materials and labor, and were highly attentive to our wants and concerns. Stephen is an outstanding project manager and conducted frequent check-ins on the job site and even completed some of the work himself. Hector, is a wonderful visionary and diligent worker and did a superb job on everything from the framing to the flooring. The team overall were competent and peaceful individuals who tirelessly worked from early in the morning to later in the afternoon. We have other potential projects in mind and Brewer will be our first call in the future.

Thanks to Jeff and his crew on replacing our roof. As soon as they arrived, they had ladders up and and began their task. I was surprised they had the old roof off, replaced some decking, new roof on and did a thorough clean up before sundown. All of this at a very good price. I would HIGHLY recommend Brewer Roofing.
