ARCO Review Findings
ArcCon Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, knowledgeable service and Charlie’s exceptional communication throughout the roofing and insurance claim process. Customers consistently praise the company for its responsiveness, high-quality workmanship, and ability to handle both small repairs and full replacements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
I needed damaged attic vents replaced after a storm. I called ArcCon Roofing after contacting other roofers in the area and getting frustrated by the sales rep that didn't want to listen to my need, just followed a script to sell me a new roof. When I called ArcCon, Charlie answered the phone personally. He had a crew on the roof within a few hours, the work was very high quality and efficient. Charlie came and met with me personally to ensure I was satisfied. Charlie was flexible and very easy to work with, a handshake [virtual] was all it took to get started. We settled payment after he was certain I was satisfied. From now on, my first call will be to Charlie for future roofing maintenance and replacement. I highly recommend yours is too.
It's always incredibly refreshing when you find a home contractor that you can trust and who completely takes care of the situation you have. Charlie with ArcCon was just that for us. We'll keep him in our contacts for any roofing needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Charlie!
An amazing company that understands every aspect of roofing and how installation matters. Charlie took the time needed to find a particular issue and address it in the most cost effective way. Through high tech droning and boots on the roof, he found the source of intrusion and repaired it accordingly. I couldn't be more satisfied. A consenant professional in every sense.
Charlie Williams was very professional, answered all our questions that we had. He genuinely seemed to care about our concerns for our roof. Will be contacting Arccon from now own for our roof.
Wish I could give a higher rating. This is a TOP NOTCH Roofing company!! Charlie and his crew will not settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
