Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently praise All City Contracting for quality workmanship, professionalism, punctuality, efficient completion, and thorough cleanup, with several reviewers saying they would use or recommend the company again. One reviewer noted that communication could have been better, but felt the work quality and value more than made up for it.
After a storm, we were concerned about possible damage to our roof and some of the exterior of the house. I didn't want to ignore it and end up with a bigger problem later, so I contacted All City Contracting. They inspected the areas we were concerned about and explained what they found. Having someone walk through the situation with us made the whole thing less stressful. We eventually had the necessary exterior work taken care of, and the finished result looks solid. The biggest thing for me was having a contractor who could handle the roofing and other exterior work rather than having to coordinate several different companies.
We’ve had ALL CITY CONTRACTING now. Do three of our properties experience was amazing each time they have actually started on a fourth property for us. We will use them over and over again. Extremely satisfied and we do highly recommend them to everyone.
If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable, professional and reliable roofing contractor, look no further than All City Contracting. I recently had my entire roof replaced and I cannot recommend them enough.
I had a very large project of LP smart siding on a larger home. Although the communication wasn’t as good as it could have been - the value and the work quality more than made up for it. Tim and his guys were absolute machines, ridiculously productive and very thorough. The project turned out wonderful and I’m very appreciative of the work they did. I’d recommend them in a heart beat. Lots of compliments already on our new siding and home!
All city contractors did a great job in a very short time frame ,Job looked great .This is the second time I used this company pleased both times
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
