ARCO Review Findings
Texas Roof Masters is consistently praised for their professional, honest, and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently highlighting the company's exceptional communication and responsiveness. Clients specifically commend Amelia for her dedicated customer service and support throughout the insurance and project completion process.
I love my new flooring and they got it done for me very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. I only give reviews if I’m extremely happy or extremely unhappy so that should tell you how I feel.
Texas Roofmasters- from the very beginning to the end results, very professional. Amelia did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Even informing insurance company of things over-looked. She has a genuine concern for her customer wanting everything to be satisfactory before completion. Even took a few minutes to help me with a project that took more than my wife and I to do on our own. Above and beyond...Great job TRM! Will continue to recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs! I would say this even without the car airfreshner lol.
I want to thank Texas Roof Masters for their great work on my roof. Amelia was so professional and helpful with answering any questions about insurance and helping us pick the best color of shingles and gutters.
Stop looking for the right person to handle your home maintenance, this is who you should use. Honest quote, crew came as scheduled, they did everything we requested and more. Above all, payment was not requested until after all work was done and inspected by Amelia. I will use this group for all projects without hesitation. Prompt, professional, thorough and honest.
i recomended this company is the best in tyler texas she did her job very Quickly and she is very responsible she working hard and she call me anytime or send msjs hey you have any questions
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
