Rivertop Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Plano, TX

Rivertop went above & beyond in a lot of ways with several repairs for my house. I wish every company I interacted with in my life was as professional, communicative, friendly, and thorough as they are. From the initial meeting, to the repairs, the paperwork, and everything in-between, every member of this team was super helpful. I would list [redacted] but there are no cons to [redacted]'s very clear the owners and other leaders have set integrity and customer service as high priorities and it definitely shows.

Rivertop Roofing exceeded expectations. They repaired my entire roof, including damaged flashing, vents, and underlayment. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the yard spotless. We had an excellent experience working with Rivertop Roofing! From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making the process as smooth as possible. Ty went above and beyond in helping us negotiate a fair insurance claim. He took the time to explain the process, handled communication with the adjuster, and made sure we received full coverage. Their production manager, Andrew, was excellent as well. His communication was timely and he kept us completely in the loop up to and during roofing day. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job of cleanup when they were done. The new roof looks fantastic and the quality of workmanship is top-notch. We highly recommend Rivertop Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and customer-focused roofing company. Thanks again to Ty, Andrew, and the whole team for making a stressful situation so easy and positive!
