ARCO Review Findings
Promised Land Restoration is highly regarded for its professional, high-quality workmanship on roofing, windows, and home repairs. Customers frequently praise Doug and his team for their clear communication, expertise in navigating insurance claims, and ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a clean and respectful worksite.
We had a great experience with PLR! Doug is informative, helpful and responsive and everyone we worked with were awesome! We love our new patio and windows too! Amazing job on cleanups as well. I would recommend to friends & neighbors!
Promise Land Restoration did an amazing job on our home. They came for a simple roof check and siding repair and noticed we had significant damage from a storm a year prior. Doug was amazing at helping us process everything with our insurance and making sure all of our repairs were covered. We saved so much (getting items covered by insurance) we were able to make some cosmetic repairs to doors and help complete our home repairs. We even changed our timeline when we ended up needing to list our home due to a job relocation and they stepped up! They completed everything ahead of time and EVERYTHING passed our home inspections beautifully. Cannot say enough great things about this family owned company.
Doug and his team were great working on getting my house fixed up after the storm. They did my roof, gutters, painted my house, and even stained my fence. Doug helped my wife and I with our insurance claim to ensure everything that should be covered under my poicy was covered. Promiesed Land Restoration crews were all fantastic. I would definately be using them again.
A Truly Outstanding Experience! I can’t say enough good things about Promised Land Restoration! From start to finish, Doug, Rachel, Carla, and the rest of their incredible team went above and beyond. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The communication throughout the entire process was clear and consistent—Rachel and Carla were always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. Doug’s expertise and attention to detail gave me full confidence in the quality of the work being done. The roof looks absolutely fantastic, and it was completed on time and with zero hassle. The crew was efficient, respectful, and left everything spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service at this level. I highly recommend Promised Land Restoration to anyone in need of roofing or restoration work. They truly deliver on their promises!
Very happy with Promised Land Restoration! John was great to work with, he handled communication with the insurance company quickly and accurately and kept me in the loop the entire time. The crews were professional, respectful, and took great care of my property. The workmanship is excellent, and the Class IV roof looks amazing. Highly recommend!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
