Dwell Roofing & Exteriors - Roofing Contractor in Plano, TX

Had two jobs through this company. Both transactions were quickly resolved and the company salesperson. [redacted], and management both contacted me before and after to ensure that I was well informed and that the work exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience with this roofing company and are so thankful we chose them. They removed our solar panels, repaired all of the holes left behind, and completed a full roof maintenance. From start to finish, JC Martinez was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the repairs were done properly. What really stood out was how kind, respectful, and easy it was to work with him. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I must recommend Dwell Roofing and Exteriors. [redacted] just arranged a window replacement for me. [redacted] is such a good guy. He is in business to make money, make no mistake, but he does take care of his customers. He concentrates on the customer. What we need, and what we want. You just cant go wrong with Dwell Roofing & Exteriors. You should call them. [redacted] is straight-dealing is what my Grandad would say. He does what he says he will do, and doesn't over promise. They are awesome, and does what he explain things in simplest terms. He came out in the past to replace some shingles lost in a wind storm. All my experiences have been great. He was thorough and quick, plus always above and beyond. [redacted] will answer your questions, and make sure everything done is understood. If you need roofing, why would call anyone else? I know that I won't. Trust in the roofing industry is a scarce commodity, and that is what I have with them.

Jordan came out in a timely manner to give me his honest opinion not only about my skylights (the reason for the visit) but the roof as well. He gave me multiple options and was willing to give the “fixes” a try before replacement. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to help.

JC and his team was fantastic!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I reached out to multiple roofing contractors via Yelp after noticing a large leak in my kitchen ceiling. I went forward with Dwell Roofing after comparing their reviews and I'm so grateful I did. JC was able to determine that the leak was coming from my chimney. I mentioned my other concerns like my skylight leaking and a quote from a separate contractor, which he addressed. JC was very helpful with explaining everything and different options we could go with that would fit our budget and resolve the issue. Everything was done super quickly from the point of inspection to completion of work. I'm still very impressed with everything!
